Wetherlam Revisited

Wetherlam Revisited

With with web of paths and tracks crossing Cumbria there is always more than one way of going up a hill.  August 2012 was the last time I went up Wetherlam by a circuitous route over Blake Rigg.

Despite being ‘high summer’, the mist came down over Blake Rigg blanking out the northern fells.

This time we went straight up the Gill from Tilberthwaite,

the weather keeping its distance until well on the way back.
