Product Reviews and e-shop

Things on here will be my totally random choices, for now at least! Some will be my own, relating to my photos. Other products will  be things I use or just on my ‘wish list’! I hope you find something you like.  For books and music look at my Travel Book Store

People often ask ‘what kind of….. boots, backpack’ etc do I use. So a few bits below that I have been using for a while.

Will expand as and when. I have no particular product loyalty. Some things I buy in the sales, sometimes because a friend has recommended them. I have one or two things which have dropped to bits and replaced with the same brand because they have been so good.

backpack Ancient Berghaus backpack. Been around for ages. Lots of room and zips.
lightweight Me, on left, entirely clad in Berghaus waterproofs in a wonderful British July, on top of Helvellyn.
Map One of those Map things! Which has been very useful this vile wet weather. Had a free one from OS (after buying something) it dropped to bits after one use. This one from Berghaus has lasted all winter and there is a bit to put your compass and phone in too!

verywet My friend will hate me for this picture. As she said, “not one for Tom Cruise to see”. But a day when the rain was horizontal her Berghaus coat did keep her dry!
