Almost on my Doorstep

Due to a burst water main at work, I managed to get home early and go for a quick walk from Milnthorpe through Dallam Park and Milnthorpe Sands.

I realised I have put lots of photos on Facebook and my blog of this very short walk.  It is all of 2.5mils/4K long and reaches a massive 72metres at its highest point, but I never tire of it. 

Apart from the ducks, you will see:

parkland

lanes and possibly the most stupid birds ever

pheasants

and views I will never tire of..

Not really sure I want many more people to know about it, but here is the route.  There are lots of variations to make it longer, and even shorter.  All pictures on this page taken with my fujifilm fine pix x10 on its totally automatic setting.  Just proving that no photographic skill is required at all!
